The DOMETIC COOLFREEZE CFX 50W Portable Fridge/Freezer is a 46 litre model using CFX special electronics for 12/24 volts DC and 100-240 volts AC and is one of the most powerful compressor coolers ever with its energy class A++ and deep freeze temperatures down to -22°C. It has a specially developed high-performance fully hermetic compressor with extra strong insulation,integrated control electronics, electronic thermostat, low voltage protection / electronic fuse and automatic reverse pole protection. It has a temperature range of +10°C to -22°C, free temperature setting via electronic thermostat with digital temperature display.

The CFX 50W has a new, innovative feature where the temperature can be set and monitored from either the built-in control panel or with an easy-to-use WiFi app from your mobile Android or iPhone, which can be downloaded from the respective app stores.

This heavy duty unit has reinforced corners, stainless steel hinges and a sturdy lid lining with robust closing mechanism – ensuring it can withstand the most demanding loads. Despite this it is remarkably lightweight and easy to transport with its space-saving folding and detachable carrying handles. It has a cooling compartment with wire basket and separate crisper for fruit and vegetables; the wire basket can even be divided using a grid divider.

This makes this product perfect for any outdoor venture on vehicles, on board a boat or caravan. Ideal for household on 110/230vAC, or boats, leisure vehicles, motor homes, cars, 4×4 and off-road terrain, commercial & emergency services vehicles on either 12v or 24vdc

The CFX series is equipped with special electronics which start up the compressor gently while saving energy. If the pre-set temperature is not reached within a short period of time, or a temperature below -12°C has been set, the turbo cooler witches on automatically to boost the compressor speed. As soon as the set temperature is reached, the CFX special electronics switch back to energy-saving mode.
